SwedelsonGottlieb is recognized for its successful representation of community associations in the recovery of damages caused by defects in design, construction and development. We will strategize an appropriate action plan to successfully resolve community associations' defect claims. Our firm consults with the Board of Directors regarding disclosure obligations and prepares the appropriate disclosures to members. We will retain the appropriate experts necessary for the prosecution of the Association's claims, as well as remedial repairs during the pendency of the litigation. Once claims have been resolved through mediation or settlement, we provide sound, practical advice on repairs. Our firm has relationships with many of California's leading banks who specialize in providing services to community associations, and we will assist in preparing the appropriate documents for loan applications. |
