Our transactional team works with our client boards to perform substantial contract negotiation, review and preparation for our clients. We are dedicated to defending the interests of our clients by ensuring that the business needs of each association are being adequately met under proposed contracts. We have developed our own stock contracts that we use as the building block for many of the agreements on which we work. In most cases, vendor/third party contracts are predictably one-sided so we prefer to use own forms to ensure that an association's corporate interests and its board are properly protected. The method by which we draft contracts allows us to provide maximum protection to the client, while minimizing the cost of preparing the customized document.
