April Alderiso Harrison
Senior Associate
April Alderiso Harrison is a Senior Associate at SwedelsonGottlieb. Her focus is on issues and transactions pertaining to homeowners' associations and subdivisions. She has worked closely with developers on condominium conversions and obtaining public reports from the California Department of Real Estate.
In addition, she has a broad range of residential, commercial, industrial, and corporate transactional experience. She prides herself in helping clients find creative and cost-effective solutions to complex legal and corporate issues.
Prior to joining SwedelsonGottlieb she served as General Counsel for a real estate investment company with over $1B in assets under management, where she successfully negotiated and closed over $700M in multi-family acquisition projects.
April received her B.A. in International Relations with a Business Minor from the University of Southern California, and her J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. She holds a California real estate broker's license.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her daughters, trying new vegetarian recipes, and reading about history and world affairs.
