Collette Bonyadi

Collette Bonyadi provides assistance to community associations in both transactional and litigation matters. Collette has extensive experience in real estate litigation and transaction. Collette has worked with landlords in unlawful detainer cases and has represented brokers and their brokerages in real estate transactions and litigation claims. Real Estate law has always been Collette's passion as she strives to bring excellence to all her clients. 

Collette earned her Juris Doctorate degree with honors from Western State College of Law in Irvine, and her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The University of California, Irvine.  Collette was admitted to the California Bar in 2020.  

Collette's other interests include Pilates, strength training, cooking, and being with family and friends.
