Attorney, Linda Kuiper
Linda Kuiper is an Attorney with SwedelsonGottlieb and provides assistance to community associations on a broad range of transactional, litigation, and corporate counsel matters. With over 20 years of legal experience in California and nationwide, her focus has been in real estate and as outside general counsel. Her background spans commercial real estate, corporate governance, landlord/tenant issues, affordable housing, bankruptcy, litigation, mediation, and ADR.
Before joining SwedelsonGottlieb, Linda worked with AmLaw100 and boutique firms, as well as in-house. She is admitted to all U.S. District Courts of California and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeal. Linda earned her B.A. in Honors Political Science from the University of Michigan in three years and her J.D. from Boston University School of Law, where she was an Editor of the International Law Journal. She has also completed additional professional training at USC, and at Pepperdine in dispute resolution.
Linda is an active community volunteer and has supported organizations like Channel Islands National Park, Special Olympics, and the Cancer Support Community. She has two children, enjoys hiking, theater, live music, and tuning in to NPR and the BBC.
